How are the products made?
Every product is made with a combination of 3D printing and laser cutting. I design each frame in CAD software and print the plastic housing that gives it structure. I then create the illustrations in design software and cut them on my desktop laser cutter. From there, everything is finished by hand — I sand the wood and seal it with a satin lacquer, glue and assemble the parts, hand-cut the foam core, fit the acrylic and hanging hardware, and wrap each frame myself.
The result is a handcrafted look with the precision of laser cutting.
For custom engravings, I lay out your requested text in my design software, then engrave it onto the frame's wooden inlay at high resolution.
What materials are used to make the products?
The plastic housings are printed in PLA (polylactic acid), a plant-based plastic made from renewable crops like corn starch and sugarcane rather than petroleum. It's also compostable in industrial facilities where available.
The wooden inlays are cut from 3mm laser-safe plywood in walnut, cherry, and maple. This plywood uses an adhesive formulated for laser cutting, so it won't release the harsh fumes that standard plywood glues do.
How do products ship?
All orders ship insured via USPS Ground Advantage. Ground Advantage includes $100 of coverage, which covers most orders. For larger or higher-value orders, I purchase additional insurance so your piece is covered for its full value.
When will my order ship?
Fulfillment takes 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on the size of your order. Single pieces and small orders are usually ready in 3–5 days. Large or custom orders take longer. If you're ordering in quantity and need it by a certain date, message me through my contact page when you place your order and I'll give you a timeline.
Once your order ships, USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers in 2–5 business days.
Does BellaForm Creative offer wholesale opportunities?
Yes. I currently work with retail partners around Asheville, Black Mountain, and Weaverville, NC, and I'm always glad to hear from shops that are a good fit. Wholesale orders start at a $250 minimum, and I cover shipping on out-of-state orders of $400 or more. I also create custom designs for new retail partners. Custom designs aren't exclusive — I may also sell them in my own shop and to other retailers, which is why there's no additional design fee. What is your return policy?
Every piece is made to order. Because of the range of color and wood combinations I offer — and because many pieces carry custom engravings — I don't keep finished inventory, and a completed order can't be resold to another customer. That's why I'm not able to accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, reach me through my contact page within 30 days of delivery and I'll replace it. Send a photo along with your message and I'll get a replacement into production right away. If I'm not able to replace it, I'll refund you.
