Every piece is made to order and shipped insured. Here's what to expect from checkout to your doorstep.
When your order ships
Fulfillment takes 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on the size of your order. Single pieces and small orders are usually ready in 3–5 days. Larger or custom orders take up to 2 weeks.
When it arrives
Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers in 2–5 business days once it's on its way. For most single pieces, that means about 1 to 2 weeks from order to doorstep.
Insurance
Every order ships insured. Ground Advantage includes $100 of coverage, which covers most orders; for larger or higher-value pieces, I purchase additional insurance so your order is covered for its full value.
