Every piece is made to order and shipped insured. Here's what to expect from checkout to your doorstep.
Insurance
All orders ship insured via USPS Ground Advantage. Ground Advantage includes $100 of coverage, which covers most orders; for larger or higher-value orders, I purchase additional insurance so your piece is covered for its full value.
When your order ships
Fulfillment takes 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on the size of your order. Single pieces and small orders are usually ready in 3–5 days. Large or custom orders take longer.
Need it by a certain date?
If you're ordering in quantity and need it by a certain date, message me through my contact page when you place your order and I'll give you a timeline.
When it arrives
Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers in 2–5 business days once it's on its way. For most single pieces, that means about 1 to 2 weeks from order to doorstep. You'll receive tracking by email.
Weight-based shipping
I currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order's weight, so you'll see the exact cost before you pay.
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, see my Refund Policy — reach me within 30 days of delivery with a photo and I'll make it right.
