Shipping

All orders ship insured via USPS Ground Advantage. Ground Advantage includes $100 of coverage, which covers most orders; for larger or higher-value orders, I purchase additional insurance so your piece is covered for its full value. 

Fulfillment takes 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on the size of your order. Single pieces and small orders are usually ready in 3–5 days. Large or custom orders take longer. If you're ordering in quantity and need it by a certain date, message me through my contact page when you place your order and I'll give you a timeline.

Once your order ships, USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers in 2–5 business days.

Return Policy

Every piece is made to order. Because of the range of color and wood combinations I offer — and because many pieces carry custom engravings — I don't keep finished inventory, and a completed order can't be resold to another customer. That's why I'm not able to accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, reach me through my contact page within 30 days of delivery and I'll replace it. Send a photo along with your message and I'll get a replacement into production right away. If I'm not able to replace it, I'll refund you.
